Reiki works subtly — supporting the nervous system, softening stress patterns, and creating space for emotional ease. Many clients describe feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded afterward.

Sound may be incorporated intuitively to deepen relaxation, but Reiki remains the foundation of this experience.

Resonance is a vibroacoustic sound session designed to support deep relaxation and physical settling through direct vibration and immersive tone.

The first portion of the session uses on-body bowls, allowing sound waves to be felt physically through the tissues. These vibrations create a grounding, rhythmic experience that many clients describe as deeply calming and regulating.

The session then transitions into surrounding crystal bowl sound, offering space for integration and quiet reflection.

Reiki is gently incorporated throughout to support balance and ease, while vibration remains the primary focus of the experience.

This session is ideal if you are seeking:
• Deep physical relaxation
• Nervous system settling
• A felt sense of resonance in the body
• A structured, sensory sound experience

The energy in the room is intentionally held and contained, allowing everyone to fully experience the sound and its effects without feeling overstimulated. This creates a safe, grounded space where participants can settle into their own internal experience while still connecting to the group field.
